The doctor was born and raised in Chios, graduated from the 3rd Unified High School of Chios with an “Excellence” grade and was admitted, through pan-Hellenic exams, to the Medical School of the University of Athens from which he graduated in 6 years with an “Excellence” degree.

He specialized in Neurology at the 1st Neurological Clinic of the University of Athens at Aeginetio Hospital and received the title of Neurology specialty in November 2019. Since then he has remained at the 1st Neurological Clinic of the University of Athens at Aeginetio Hospital, initially as a specialist Neurologist on extension status, and then as a scientific associate until June 2023.

At the same time, from 2020 to 2023 he prepared his Doctoral Dissertation on a topic related to Physiological Pressure Hydrocephalus, which he successfully completed, and in October 2023 he was awarded a Doctor of the Medical School of the University of Athens with the grade of “Excellent”.

The doctor also has a rich research and writing work that includes, among other things, more than 30 articles published in international and Greek scientific journals, 4 chapters in international medical books, 25 oral or posted announcements or participation as a speaker in round tables in Greek and international conferences as well as carrying out many evaluations (reviews) of scientific articles in a number of international peer-reviewed scientific journals, including: Frontiers in Neurology, Brain Sciences, International Journal of Molecular Sciences, Nutrients, Biology, Journal of Molecular Pathology, Genes, Journal of Clinical Medicine, Alzheimer’s and Dementia etc.
