Βιογραφικό

Ο ιατρός γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στη Χίο, αποφοίτησε από το 3ο Ενιαίο Λύκειο Χίου με βαθμό «Άριστα» και εισήχθη, μέσω Πανελλαδικών εξετάσεων, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών από την οποία αποφοίτησε σε 6 χρόνια με βαθμό πτυχίου «Άριστα».

Ειδικεύθηκε στη Νευρολογία στην Α’ Νευρολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Αιγινήτειο Νοσοκομείο και έλαβε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας της Νευρολογίας τον Νοέμβριο του 2019. Έκτοτε παρέμεινε στην Α’ Νευρολογική Κλινική του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Αιγινήτειο Νοσοκομείο, αρχικά ως ειδικός Νευρολόγος σε καθεστώς παράτασης, και εν συνεχεία ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης έως τον Ιούνιο του 2023.

Παράλληλα, από το 2020 έως το 2023 εκπόνησε τη Διδακτορική του Διατριβή με θέμα σχετικό με τον Υδροκέφαλο φυσιολογικής πίεσης, την οποία ολοκλήρωσε επιτυχώς, και τον Οκτώβριο του 2023 αναγορεύθηκε Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με βαθμό «Άριστα».

Επιστημονικές δημοσιεύσεις

Ο ιατρός διαθέτει, επίσης, πλούσιο ερευνητικό και συγγραφικό έργο που περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων περισσότερα από 30 άρθρα δημοσιευμένα σε διεθνή και ελληνικά επιστημονικά περιοδικά, 4 κεφάλαια σε διεθνή ιατρικά συγγράμματα, 25 προφορικές ή ανηρτημένες ανακοινώσεις ή συμμετοχές ως ομιλητής σε στρογγυλές τράπεζες σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια καθώς και διενέργεια πολλών αξιολογήσεων (reviews) επιστημονικών άρθρων σε πλήθος διεθνών επιστημονικών peer-reviewed περιοδικών, μεταξύ των οποίων: Frontiers in Neurology, Brain Sciences, International Journal of Molecular Sciences, Nutrients, Biology, Journal of Molecular Pathology, Genes, Journal of Clinical Medicine, Alzheimer’s and Dementia κ.α.
